How do you prepare for the best job interview answers?
Don’t make anything up about yourself or your past history. The truth is always best. If you didn’t go to Yale, best not to mention it.
Check out the company. They will ask you questions like, “Why us?”, so come up with a suitable answer that reflects that particular company.
Research what kind of questions this type of job interview might ask. For this job do they need people who work independently or in teams? These can have different questions and certainly need different answers.
Finally you must practice your interview answers on a real person before the actual job interview. All they need to do is read from a list of questions, which you can get from this site. If they are able to comment on your responses then even better. This is just about helping you be more relaxed whilst answering questions about yourself with another person and helping to reduce self consciousness.
At the actual job interview, stay calm and focus on what is being asked and not on how much you want the job. Be positive, but honest with your job interview answers. They will ask you about your weaknesses as well as your strengths so ensure you have a prepared interview answer on how you are working on changing weaknesses and even offer examples of it in your last job, but ensuring you show how you are now improving and will continue to do so..
Remember, if you’ve prepared your job interview answers and performed well at the interview but you still didn’t get the job. then it probably means the job would not have been right for you anyway. Keep trying, keep practising and you will be successful.

When asked About Your Strengths, Keep It Job Related. Not Like This Young Priest Who Didn't Get The Cardinals Job!
